He holds a Ph.D. in Health and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Population Studies, Mumbai. He has fourteen years of work experience in NGO, social and demographic research, and training. He has conducted research in health and demographics. He also practices as an advocate in the Bombay High Court.
