Our approach can be divided into just two phases.

We designed the program to be tailored to the educational level, interests, and strengths of adolescent girls and children, and motivate them to become part of the formal education system.

Foundation literacy and numeracy, higher education, life skills, leadership skills, physical education, health, and nutrition are key components of the program.

Capacity Building

Mentoring

Initially, Tashi focuses on the mentoring process in three ways: Community mentoring. Community mentors facilitate the leadership journey with adolescents. In parallel,

Tashi strengthens capacity through community mentoring activities to develop grassrootsleadership.

Emerging Leaders

Leadership

Tashi has designed a leadership module that helps them make the right decisions in their lives and emerge as confident among adolescent girls, children, and women. We implementthe leadership module with esteemed social leaders who spend time understanding these adolescent girls, women, and children and guide them towards a better life.
